These terms govern your use of the ULMS Institute | RISE Academy leadership certification platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enroll.
Certificates are earned, not given. Each level's capstone is graded against the ULMS rubric, and certificates are issued only for submissions that meet the standard. Certificates recognize completion of the ULMS coursework and are not an accredited academic credential, license, or professional designation.
Enrollment is pay-per-certificate and processed through Stripe. Payments are non-recurring. Refund requests are handled case by case — contact support before completing coursework if you need a refund.
All submitted work must be your own. Copying another learner's work, plagiarizing capstone submissions, or misrepresenting practice logs may result in revocation of certificates and removal from the program.
You may not share account access, redistribute course materials, or use the platform to harass other users. Course materials and the ULMS curriculum remain the intellectual property of ULMS Institute.
We may update these terms as the program evolves. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
